Yes it isn't exactly Stormtrooper, let's say specialist Stormtrooper
After realising nobody made an accurate Biker Scout lid, and having seen the original helmet with the Star Wars in Concert show and just how much bigger it was in comparison to my lid I made my own.
I have spent a long time getting the molds to this point, a bit obsessive tbh, here is my latest complete lid,

Thanks guys, yes Ian it is my version of the chincup, I scaled it to the original pics. The chincup was a well thought out design aspect to the Biker Scout lid, concept designs show it and it is seen in ROTJ. George Lucas may have initially wanted to show Stormtrooper faces then backed out, I don't know.
The helmet design accommodates the elastic very well and it sits lovely whilst the helmet is worn.
It is most likely included in every helmet, behind the scene images also show the extras/stuntmen with it as well.

I had to include it as well

It looks fantastic. How much larger is it than a MLC? I've got a big noggin and have never considered a bikers scout because of the size of the helmets out there.

That looks really good John!

Will you be making kits of this eventually?

Cheers guys, it is a bit bigger than the MLC V3, I find it has more room in it than my Stormtrooper helmet.
Once you costume as a Biker Scout you will love it.

I made a few kits but haven't got round to doing any more. I hope to get back to it in the better weather.
